Our Exchange Policy
At Resemble Perfumes, we want you to love your scent. If you're not satisfied with your fragrance on your first order, we offer a free exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
How to Request an Exchange
- Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery.
- Tell us your order number and which scent you'd like to exchange to.
- We'll arrange the exchange at no extra cost.
Conditions
- The product must be unused or minimally tested.
- Original packaging must be intact.
- Exchange applies to first-time orders only.
- We do not offer cash refunds — exchanges only.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or wrong item, contact us immediately with a photo and we will resolve it within 48 hours.
