Made right
If something is wrong with your order, we will make it right.
What we accept
Unopened bottles in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. The seal must be intact.
What we cannot accept
Opened or used bottles, and testers, cannot be returned. Fragrance is a personal item and we cannot resell an opened bottle.
Damaged or wrong item
If your bottle arrives broken, leaking, or is not what you ordered, send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full. You will not pay return postage.
How to start a return
Email info@resembleperfumes.com with your order number and what went wrong. We reply within one working day.
