1. Introduction

(a) This website (the Site) is operated by Resemble Perfumes (referred to as we, our, or us).

2. Use of the Site, Account and Orders

(a) By placing an order on the Site, you agree to these Terms.

(b) To be eligible to purchase products on the Site, you must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid payment method.

(c) You can place an order with or without creating an account.

(d) Please ensure your personal account information is accurate and up-to-date. We handle your personal information according to our [Privacy Policy]. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

(e) When you place an order, you agree to purchase the products at the listed price, including delivery fees and applicable taxes.

(f) Please review your order details (products, delivery, pricing) carefully before submitting. After your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email summarizing your order.

(g) All purchases are subject to availability. We make every effort to keep our stock and listings current.

(h) If a product is offered for pre-order, it will be clearly indicated on the Site. Pre-order policies will be detailed on the product page.

(i) We reserve the right to cancel any order before delivery for reasons including but not limited to: long dispatch delays, inability to supply due to unforeseen events, or pricing/image errors. We will notify you using the contact information provided.

3. Products

(a) We do our best to ensure product descriptions, images, and details are accurate and up-to-date. However, slight differences may occur in real product appearance or packaging.

(b) All prices are listed in the currency shown and include applicable taxes where required.

(c) Our products are for personal use only. You agree not to resell them. We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders that appear to violate this condition.

(d) We reserve the right to limit product sales by customer, location, or other criteria on a case-by-case basis.

4. Price and Payments

(a) You agree to pay the full purchase price, including delivery charges, as outlined on our [Shipping & Returns] page.

(b) You must not use fraudulent or unlawful methods of payment. If paying by debit or credit card, you warrant that you are authorized to do so.

(c) We accept payment via multiple secure methods, such as ShopPay, PayPal, and others supported by Shopify. These providers may have their own terms you must agree to.

(d) We do not store your credit card details. All payments are securely processed by our third-party providers.

(e) For international orders, additional customs duties or taxes may apply, which are the customer’s responsibility.

(f) We may issue promotional discount codes from time to time. These must be entered at checkout to be applied.

(g) Any specific terms regarding promotions, discount codes, or giveaways will be listed on the Site.

5. Shipping, Delivery and Returns

Note: Nothing in these Terms affects your legal rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

6. Limitations

Subject to applicable law, and to the maximum extent allowed:

  1. Neither party is liable for Consequential Loss.

  2. Each party’s liability may be reduced if the other party contributed to the damage or issue.

  3. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product(s).

7. General

(a) Disputes: If a dispute arises, both parties agree to attempt to resolve it in good faith. If unresolved, the parties agree to mediation before pursuing legal action. Mediation costs will be shared equally.

(b) Notices: Notices may be sent via email or post. Email notices are considered delivered upon sending; post notices within 48 hours.

(c) Force Majeure: Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events outside their reasonable control. Prompt written notice must be provided in such cases.

(d) Feedback and Complaints: We value your feedback. Please contact us directly with any concerns, and we will take reasonable steps to resolve them.

(e) Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent.

(f) Amendment: We may update these Terms at any time by publishing a revised version on the Site. The version in effect at the time of your order will apply to that order.

(g) Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

(h) Third-Party Sites: Our Site may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for their content or services. You should conduct your own research before interacting with third-party websites. In some cases, we may receive a commission or referral benefit from such links (which will be disclosed, where applicable).

8. Definitions

  • Consequential Loss: Indirect or unforeseeable losses such as loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or reputation.

  • Force Majeure Event: Circumstances beyond a party’s control (e.g. natural disasters, internet outages, strikes).

  • Liability: Any legal responsibility for damages, costs, claims, or losses.
